The UC application is its own game.
Families often treat the UC application as an afterthought to the Common App, and it costs them. There is no counselor recommendation. There is no test score to lean on. There are four essays of 350 words each, chosen from eight prompts, read against thirteen factors by nine campuses that each weigh them differently. Every one of those constraints is an opportunity if you know it is there.
Who this is for
- California families targeting UC Berkeley, UCLA, UCSD, UCSB, UCD, UCI, or the UC system.
- Students who want a strategic UC application, not a copy-paste from the Common App.
- Families who want mentor guidance on the 4-of-8 PIQ selection and 13-factor holistic review.
- International families with UC-transfer or UC-freshman goals.
What we do differently on the UC Track
- Deep expertise in UC PIQs, including the 4-of-8 selection strategy and 350-word discipline.
- Campus-by-campus admission reads. Berkeley reads differently from UCLA reads differently from UCSD.
- Major selection guidance, including admit-by-college structures at Berkeley and UCSD.
- Honest 9-campus list building. Reach for 2, target 3 to 4, include 1 to 2 less-competitive UCs.
- No wasted PIQ slots. Every essay does real work.
