Why four years matters.
Most families reach out in 11th grade, and many discover, too late, that the most important decisions were made in 9th. Which courses to take. Which activities to commit to. Which summer between freshman and sophomore year to invest in. By the time an 11th grader walks through our door, some of those doors have already closed.
The Freshman to Senior track exists so those doors stay open. We begin the day your child enters 9th grade and we stay with the family until the last acceptance letter arrives.
"The strongest applications I have ever seen were not written in senior year. They were built, quietly, across four years. When the time came to write, the story was already there."
Who this is for
- Students entering or already in 9th grade who are aiming for the Ivy League, Stanford, MIT, or other top US universities.
- Families who understand that admissions is a four-year project, not a four-month one.
- Parents who want one trusted mentor team guiding every academic decision along the way.
- Students who want to work hard, and who will be better for having a steady hand beside them.
The four-year plan
Year One · Foundation
Course selection, study habits, baseline testing, reading discipline, the first extracurricular commitments. We build the architecture before we build the application.
Year Two · Differentiation
PSAT preparation, AP and Honors track planning, a meaningful summer, the first leadership and competition opportunities. Your child begins to take shape as the student they will become.
Year Three · Execution
SAT or ACT to a competitive score. Course rigor at its peak. Summer placement at a program admissions officers recognize. Recommender relationships cultivated. Common App architecture begun. By the end of junior year, every piece of the application is in motion.
Year Four · Application
Personal statement through many drafts. School list finalized. Early Decision or Early Action submitted by November 1. Interview preparation. Decisions in hand, and a careful conversation about which offer to accept. We stay until the last letter arrives.

The Altior standard
We hold a high bar, and we hold it with care. We give honest feedback when an essay is not yet working. We do not let a transcript slip in a semester when it should not. And we ask the same of the student. Every family who joins the four-year track signs on for the kind of steady, disciplined work that most American high school calendars do not demand. In return we promise a partner who stays the course with your child until the last acceptance letter arrives.
