When the deadline is tomorrow.
Long-term consulting does not help the senior whose Common App is not coming together in October. It does not help the student who just received a deferral letter and has 10 days to write a thoughtful response. It does not help the family who only learned about a scholarship cycle last week.
Urgent Support exists for those families. You bring us a real problem with a real deadline. We bring a senior mentor who starts the same day, communicates daily, and does not stop until the work is in.
"Often the difference between a deferral and an admit is six hundred careful words written across one weekend, with the right person beside you. Most families do not have that person. We do."
What Urgent Support handles
- Common App rescue. A personal statement that is not yet working with weeks to the deadline.
- Supplement sprints. Multiple Ivy League supplements drafted to their individual prompts in a tight window.
- Deferral and waitlist letters. The follow-up that can change an outcome, written carefully in days.
- Scholarship applications. Short-deadline merit and need-based applications with full essay support.
- Interview preparation. Alumni interviews, scholarship interviews, and admissions committee interviews with focused practice.
- Transfer applications. A complete transfer cycle executed in weeks when the original plan did not work.
- Decision strategy. Multiple acceptances and a hard family choice. We help you think through it together.
How it works
Day One · Intake
You tell us the problem and the deadline. We assess scope, assign a senior mentor, and schedule the first working session within 24 hours.
Week One · Plan
The mentor reads every draft, understands the situation, and writes a one-page plan. By the end of week one, your family knows exactly what will be produced and when.
Through the Deadline · Daily Work
Frequent working sessions, often daily or every other day. Drafts come back with line-level feedback within 24 hours. We are reachable by email and phone throughout. The deadline is the only date that matters.
Final · Submission Review
The mentor reads everything one last time before it is submitted. Every essay, every form field, every supplement. Nothing goes out without two careful sets of eyes on it.
What we do not do
We do not write anything for the student, ever. Every word submitted is your child's own. What we do is push, edit, challenge, and rewrite together until your child's authentic voice is producing work at the level their target schools expect.
