Start with a plan. Stay because the work shows.
Enroll one school year at a time. No four year contract, no countdown discounts. Every program below lists what your student receives, how often we meet, what happens between meetings, and what's outside the scope.
Four years. One playbook. Every step in view. Each lead counselor takes no more than 10 new families a year.
Family Roadmap
Your student receives
Intake questionnaire, transcript and A-G audit, testing and activity review, a written 12 month plan in Ascend.
Meetings
One 90 minute family planning meeting, one 30 minute followup.
If you continue
The full $950 is credited to your first year of membership if you enroll within 60 days.

Between meetings
Your student works the quests in Ascend. The mentor reviews the dashboard, answers questions, sets up to three focus items each week, and confirms finished work.
Deliverables
12 month written plan updated each quarter, A-G course plan, testing plan, activity and project plan, service award plan, summer plan (grades 9 to 11), college list and recommendation plan (grade 11), essay and application tracker (grade 12).
How you see progress
Each report says whether your student is on track, what was finished, what is due with dates, service hours, scores and grades, and where you can help. See a sample report.
Outside the scope
Writing any part of an essay or application; test tutoring (we refer); more than 12 applications; extra essay hours beyond the limit ($150/hr, only if you ask in writing); financial aid appeals; admission guarantees.
Application Sprint
For seniors and transfer applicants without a membership: 6 working sessions, up to 8 hours of essay feedback, an application tracker, a report every 2 weeks, and one review with Eric. Up to 8 applications. Ends when the sprint ends.
Middle school (grades 6 to 8): a light annual Early Start option is available on request, with a parent account only.
Renewal, payment and refunds
Nothing renews automatically and we never charge a stored card for a new year: each spring you choose whether to re-enroll. Pay in full or in four quarterly installments, by bank transfer or card. Full refund within 24 hours of paying, before any service. After that, fees are earned on a set schedule because most of the work comes first: 40% once your student's written plan is delivered, the rest by quarter. Cancel anytime; you pay only what has been earned. Full terms.
